What Do You Mean When You Say My Payment Is Guaranteed Using Escrow Service?

We use services from Escrow Kenya, among others, to facilitate safe & secure payments. Escrow Kenya offers buyer and seller protection for any online transaction. The Escrow holds the buyer's payment as the Blea fulfils the order and releases the funds to the Blea when the buyer confirms receipt of the items purchased.

What Happens If My Order Is Not Fulfilled?

Can I Get A Tax Invoice For My Company For Online Purchase?

How Can I Get The Refund?

If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement, or refund to your account (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, mostly 14 days, depending on your bank’s policies.
