BIM Library East Africa – the BLEA – is a company with a mission to address the demand for quality construction products and high technology in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry within East Africa, and Africa at large. The BLEA was founded in 2018 and is registered and based in Nairobi, Kenya.
The BLEA provides digital solutions to the industry, as well as an online shop for construction products. We offer a vendor-neutral platform, bimlibraryeastafrica.com, which features information-rich digital models of real-world products (BIM Objects), used by architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and owners in virtual building and facility management.
As East Africa’s digital construction superstore, industry professionals and project owners buy construction products – doors, windows, furniture, etc. – directly from our platform and they are delivered to their sites within days. We promote & develop construction technology that enables Industry players to undertake construction projects seamlessly through smart design, construction & retail technology.
